  6. Bookings for this promotion can only be made through walk-in or WhatsApp, telephone or email to The Waterfront Hotel’s Reservation Department. Please provide your ID when making the room booking and present the original ID as proof upon check-in.
  7. This promotion cannot be applied to room reservations made on third-party booking sites (for example Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Traveloka and Ctrip. Please note that this list is non-exhaustive and the term is applicable to sites similar to those listed.) as well as existing room reservations made, and cannot be combined with any other promotions.
  8. The value-adds, benefits or inclusions in this promotion are subject to availability. If any benefit or inclusion may be unavailable, the hotel management reserves the right to replace the item with another item of equal value.
  9. All benefits above are valid only during your stay and shall no longer be redeemable after your stay.
  10. The dinner included will be based on a selected menu (current lunch promotion menu). Orders for the dinner redemption can be made either upon check-in at the reception counter or after checking in through a phone call to the operator at “0” on the telephone in the room.
  11. Kindly validate your car plate number at the Front Desk to enjoy complimentary parking.
  12. The Waterfront Hotel will not be able to exchange the discount for cash, other privileges or value-adds, nor will The Waterfront Hotel be able to transfer the discount to another guest.
