  5. Bookings for this promotion can only be made through WhatsApp, telephone or email to The Waterfront Hotel’s Reservation or Sales Department.
  6. Bookings under the “Work From Hotel” promotion is strictly for day use room and the check-out time is at 6pm. Any late check-out beyond 6pm will automatically result in a full-day room charge.
  7. This promotion cannot be applied to room reservations made on third-party booking sites (for example Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Traveloka and Ctrip. Please note that this list is non-exhaustive and the term is applicable to sites similar to those listed.) as well as existing room reservations made, and cannot be combined with any other promotions.
  8. Complimentary cookies and 12 bottles of drinking water will be placed in the hotel room upon check-in.
  9. The 20% discount on our F&B outlets includes dining in at Café Via Mare, the Zapatos Lounge and orders made from the Room Service menu.
  10. The value-adds, benefits or inclusions in this promotion are subject to availability. If any benefit or inclusion may be unavailable, the hotel management reserves the right to replace the item with another item of equal value.
