  1. Prices quoted are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
  2. Pre-order at least 1 day in advance is required.
  3. Daily bookings close at 6pm. Any booking made after 6pm for next day’s order will only be delivered on the day after.
  4. Time of delivery is fixed and is only available at 3pm to 5pm.
  5. Self-collection of food will be done at The Waterfront Hotel’s lobby.
  6. Please present the booking confirmation email for validation prior to collecting the food.
  7. The booking is valid for takeaway only, on the date fixed upon booking through The Waterfront Hotel’s official website. However, the guest may request for a package change or date change if necessary. Please contact us at +6013 853 9247 for any date or package change request. All changes are required to be made 1 day in advance. The management has the right to decline requests for changes made less than 1 day in advance.
  8. All discount promo codes offered in conjunction with this promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions/offers, coupons/vouchers and loyalty/privilege cards.
  9. Please observe the terms and conditions for each discount promo code.
  10. Order request will only be processed once order is received with payment made in full. Order made without full payment will not be processed.
  11. The booking is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash.
  12. Once the booking is confirmed, no cancellations will be allowed.
  13. No changes to the package menu’s individual items are permitted.
  14. The Waterfront Hotel has the right to replace items on the menu with another item in case of shortage of the actual item.
  15. Photographs and descriptions describing restaurant food and environment are for demonstration purposes only, actual environment may differ and packaging method are subject to availability.
