- Daily bookings close at 3pm.
- Please present the booking confirmation email for validation prior to collecting the food.
- The booking is valid for takeaway only, on the date fixed upon booking through The Waterfront Hotel’s official website. However, the guest may request for a date change if necessary. Please contact us at +6010 963 0529 for any date change request.
- The early bird discount promo code offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions/offers, coupons/vouchers and loyalty/privilege cards.
- Order request will only be processed once order is received with payment made in full. Order made without full payment will not be processed.
